The Diploma in Human Resource Development is the starting point for Learners with an informed knowledge and experience of Human Resource Development.
On successful completion of these qualifications, Learners are equipped with a range of skills including, but not limited to:

Duration:

The ICM Diploma programme is structured over 3 years—with 2 years of class study followed by 1 year of internship. Please note that the internship year is optional, and you may graduate after 2 years if you successfully pass all your examinations.
