Introduction

The CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply is developed as a step up from that in the CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations but also as a stepping stone to study on the CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply. Individuals will be working at the Operational, but moving towards the Managerial level of the CIPS Global Standard for Procurement and Supply Competency Framework and will develop skills and knowledge in key areas of procurement and supply including defining the needs of their business, commercial contracting and negotiation, and managing supplier relationships.

The CIPS approach to learning is based around that which bring together knowledge and understanding (the cognitive domain) with practical and technical skills (the psychomotor domain). In essence, CIPS qualifications are designed to facilitate a level of learning rigour and balance that promotes the skills to contextually apply knowledge and learning to enhance organisational and personal performance.

Recorded Video Content:
All live sessions are recorded and made available on the learning platform. This means you can:

  • Review lessons as many times as needed

  • Catch up if you miss a live class

  • Learn at your own pace, at times that suit your schedule

This dual format ensures that whether you prefer the structure of live learning or the flexibility of on-demand content, you’ll have the tools you need to succeed.

With online access from anywhere in the world, this mode of delivery is ideal for busy professionals, students in different time zones, and anyone looking to learn without limits.

How will it be assessed?

All eight modules will be assessed by computer-based exams. We use Constructed Responses (CR) essay style questions and answers and Objective Response (OR) exam formats.

The OR exam format means that you will be given a choice of answers to the questions, and you will be expected to determine the correct answer.

CIPS Remote Exam Invigilation – How It Works

CIPS remote exams are conducted online under live supervision to ensure exam integrity.
Before the exam, candidates verify their identity and complete a system check to confirm their computer, camera, and internet connection meet the requirements.

During the exam, a remote invigilator monitors the candidate through webcam and screen sharing to ensure rules are followed and no unauthorized materials are used.
The session is recorded, and any irregularities are reported for review.

This process allows candidates to take their exams securely from any location, maintaining the same standards as a physical exam center. For more information click here 👉🏿: [ CIPS remote exams invigilation by VICTVS ].
